Intro call

We learn what you cook, your volume, and your location, and confirm delivery to your area is viable.

Site visit

Andy or a rep comes out to meet you, see your kitchen, and figure out the best way to deliver.

Onboarding

We set up your account and payment, place your first order, and connect you with your rep.

To open an account you need a valid payment method, a business license, and your basic contact details. COD is preferred, cards run through Stripe, and established accounts can move to net terms.

What is the minimum order?

$250 per order, with free delivery. Rush or after-cutoff deliveries are the only ones that carry an added charge.

Is there a delivery cutoff time?

Order by 7:00 AM for same-day delivery anywhere we run. You can place an order anytime by phone, text, or message, and anything in by 7 AM goes on that day's truck.

Which days do you deliver?

Daily, Monday through Friday. Three trucks cover the whole Bay Area, from Manteca to Santa Cruz, every weekday, rather than a one-day-per-zone schedule.

How do I place an order?

By phone, text, email, WeChat, or LINE, whatever is easiest for you. A self-serve online ordering portal is in development and coming soon. There is no paper order form.

What do I need to open an account?

Three things: a valid payment method, a business license, and your basic contact details, business name, contact name, phone, email, and delivery address.

What are the payment terms?

COD is preferred, and we accept card payments through Stripe. Established customers with a solid transaction history can be set up on net payment terms.

Can I pick up at the warehouse?

Yes. Will-call pickup is available at our South San Francisco warehouse, 240A Lawrence Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Call (415) 999-4863.
